An operations manager was spending four or more hours every Monday morning manually pulling data from multiple spreadsheets and systems, formatting it into a report, writing a summary, and distributing it to the team. The process was tedious, error-prone, and meant the week always started behind. Reports were also inconsistent — the format and depth changed depending on how much time was available.
We built a scheduled automation that runs every Monday at 6:30am. It pulls the latest data from Google Sheets and connected tools, feeds it through an AI model that writes a structured narrative summary, and generates a polished PDF report. The finished report is automatically emailed to all stakeholders before the workday begins — no manual input required.
